Nathan Keudell, serving as our Senior Product Lead, acts as the direct voice of the customer internally. Over the past year, we have made a deeper commitment to meeting creators where they are. That means more one-on-one interviews, small group roundtables, and in-person usability sessions to observe how people actually work and where their workflows break down.

Some of the clearest themes we continue to hear are around raw processing fidelity, GPU performance stability, and intuitive ease of use.
